1. Overview

Sent Boson respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). We respond promptly to valid takedown notices.

2. Filing a Takedown Notice

To report copyright infringement, send a notice to our Designated Agent including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• The URL or specific location of the infringing material on our Platform
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, submit a counter-notification with:

• Your physical or electronic signature

We will restore content within 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat Infringers

We terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Our 3-strike system applies to DMCA violations.

6. Processing Time

We aim to process valid takedown notices within 5 business days of receipt.
